Integrated production system by group
To manufacture thermistors, many processes, including selecting ceramic as the core material, compounding, sintering, and processing elements are necessary. In addition, thermistor applied products, such as a temperature sensor, need more processes. Therefore, management of manufacturing conditions in each process is important to maintain the product characteristics; accordingly, Ohizumi has achieved production of homogenized and high-quality thermistor products by consistently performing a series of processes in our group under the strict quality control.

Quality control system
Our group regards quality as to supply high-quality products that customers require as well as to prevent a failure from occurring and to solve a quality problem in a quicker manner than customers expect. We established the Quality Control Division for the former and the Quality Assurance Division for the latter to make a system to provide our customers with the best quality perfectly, and accordingly we always keep on holding superiority in quality that is the core of the company brand over competitors. With regard to the quality management system, all the plants and sales offices in our group have received the certificate of ISO 9001:2015.
In addition, the sensor manufacturing plant for automobile has received the certificate of IATF 16949:2016.
